Let me guess most of you have mad resolutions for this year. and among those resolutions would be to lose weight and eat healthier. I’ve made those resolutions most years and each time I was able to stick with the lan a little longer than the year before but it has not reached a month yet.
I resolve to continue eating better than last year. Cut out more sugar, use less salt, eat more fresh fruits, veggies and anti inflammatory foods. I also plan on incorporatiing more foods that are more alkaline than acidic, include more raw foods in the mix.
I resolve not to be hard on myself or to hold myself to some impossible standard but to be kind and compassionate to myself.
I plan to see the glass as half full and to bring myself to account each day.
