In the area where I live people are beginning to take their food seriously. There are numerous community gardens around the city of Winnipeg, in Manitoba. The gardens are well cared for and are producing food for families. They may plant just one bed but you would be surprised at what they can reap from one bed. I urge everyone to start growing something to eat even if it is in a pot. Let’s all get in the habit of growing food, in time it will become common practice and we will get better and better at growing our own food and be proud of taking care of at least some aspects of the food chain.

Its going to be the way of the future. People are tired of not knowing where their food comes from. Just look at apple juice most of it comes from China Do you think they have an EPA over there. LOL LOL ya to the highest bidder. Fresh is coming home sooner than you think.

Carla Dionne was right on. I suffered terrible and permanent nerve damage from this procedure. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Glad you are enjoying this brand of yogurt. For different flavours why not try another location. I like the vanilla best or the plain and I add my own fruits.

Heartburn is not normal and can lead to worse things than discomfort – ask me I know. I had chronic heartburn for 20 years – ROLAIDS was a food group to me.
In 2000 I left a high stress job and my heartburn went with it, or so I thought. Four years later I was diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer. My cancer was caused by – you guessed it, HEARTBURN!!!!!
Stomach acid had mutated the cells of my lower esophagus to mimic those of my stomach lining. So I had no idea that I still had heartburn. This mutation caused cancer.
If you have heartburn, see your doctor. GERD and Acid Reflux can be controlled – but you also have to be vigilent about being scoped annually and ensuring that your GERD/AR turns into EC. Believe me, you do not want EC. YOu can read my story at www(dot)serendopeity(dot)wordpress(dot)com.
